Reconnaissance drones for the 24th Brigade in Chasiv Yar
In June 2024 the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade, defending Chasiv Yar, urgently needed short-range reconnaissance drones. We set out to raise about $10,000 and buy as many as we could.
To stretch the money we bought drones, new and used, in Canada: three DJI Mini 3, a Mini 3 Pro, two Mini 4 Pro and a Mavic 3 Classic. All seven reached the brigade in Chasiv Yar on July 10.
