A new fundraising initiative: A few months back we collected discarded cases for 155mm artillery shells. A local artist paints Petrykivka-style motifs on the tubes and turns them into works of art. Converting war artifacts into artwork is one way Ukrainians use to cope with harsh reality of life. These pieces of art will be displayed and sold at a local fair and proceeds will be added to the volunteer fund, along with the contributions we receive through our efforts.
