This post is dedicated to our portable field stove design. It is fairly light-weight, portable, takes almost no space when disassembled (the design is IKEA-style, lie-flat) and can be assembled in a minute with no tools required.
We buy sheet metal and local metal shop cuts them into individual parts free of charge using a plasma cutter. We then bag the stoves and deliver them to various detachments in the field. We have made hundreds of these stoves already and they remain a highly sought-after item even a year later. We can barely keep up with the demand.
Read the description of the attached images for the details of the manufacturing process.
