We've been using our own custom-made rig for cutting fabric into strips for making camouflage nets. This definitely beats cutting large rolls manually with scissors but it still takes quite a bit of time for multiple people. Some of the people who volunteered turned out to be owners of a local toilet paper plant and suggested trying to use their industrial equipment for this purpose. The process turned out to work very well. Instead of about 3 hours to cut a roll, it can be done in under an hour now. So, a big thank you to local business owners who donate time and their equipment to our cause.
