Hello, everyone. Here is a bit of a summary of our major/recurring expenses for 2023. Here we included the expenses that we incur on regular basis (like materials for making camo netting and clothes, fuel for deliveries, etc). We also have a ton of other expenses that are more of one-offs, mostly items we buy on requests from defenders, like communication equipment, medications, parts and service for equipment such as cars and trucks, power generators.
Here is a snapshot of 2023 from our volunteers:
- We produced 13,236 m² of camo netting, for which we spent:
- fabric: ₴166,464 (CA$5,800/US$4,400)
- base nets: ₴73,100 (CA$2,500/US$1,900)
- Camo clothing:
- Armor plate carriers: 77 pcs
- Rain ponchos: 1,782 pcs
- Boonie hats: 430 pcs
- Helmet covers: 61 pcs (using scrap fabric)
- Rain poncho manufacturing expenses:
- Fabric: ₴331,036 (CA$11,600/US$8,700)
- Thread/cord/elastic: ₴52,890 (CA$1,900/US$1,400)
- Metal grommets (23,000 pcs): ₴31,950 (CA$1,100/US$800)
- Deliveries: 32,000 km traveled consuming 3,315L of fuel at the cost of ₴173,229 (CA$6,100/US$4,500)
- 9x Mavic 3 drones: ₴481,500 (CA$16,900/US$12,600)
Overall we collected ₴1,425,500 (CA$50,000/US$37,400) in donations from multiple sources in 2023 through Ukraine Support Fund. A huge thank-you goes to everyone who supported us through the year. We couldn't have done it without you.
