Our holiday fundraiser to uplift the spirits of Ukraine's defenders has concluded successfully. Thanks to the generosity of many contributors, we raised over US$800, enabling us to send approximately 225 kg of sweets to 9 different armed forces units. This includes 7 boxes of assorted chocolates and candies and 3 boxes of cookies for each unit, all now on their way to the soldiers.
About half of the cost of 34,660₴ (CA$1,200/US$830) was covered by a donation from one of our long-time supporter in the U.S., with the remaining funds coming from contributions received over the past week across various platforms. We are deeply thankful to everyone who chose to support Ukraine's defenders this holiday season.
Merry Christmas and happy holidays! 🇺🇦 🎄☃️🎁
