Questions

Is my donation tax-deductible?

No. Ukraine Support Fund is an unofficial volunteer initiative, not a registered charity, so we can’t issue tax receipts.

How do I know where my money goes?

Every purchase and delivery is posted in News & updates with photos and videos, and we publish a monthly report.

Can I donate to a specific fundraiser?

Yes. Choose it in step 1. We’ll show you its reference code (and fill it in automatically where the payment provider allows). Gifts without a reference go to the General fund.

What happens if a fundraiser raises more than its goal?

We use the surplus for other urgent needs of Ukraine’s defenders, such as materials and equipment, and report it like any other purchase.

Which method has the lowest fees?

Usually Interac (CAD), Zelle (USD), Wise or Revolut (EUR/GBP/other) and Monobank (UAH). PayPal and Buy Me a Coffee deduct fees.

Can I give monthly?

Yes. Become a member on Buy Me a Coffee (USD); you can cancel at any time.

Can I donate equipment instead of money?

Sorry, we can’t accept or ship donated equipment. A money donation lets us buy exactly what units ask for.

Do you accept crypto?

Not at the moment.
